Cape Town runs on SAST (UTC+2), 1 to 2 hours ahead of the UK depending on British Summer Time, so meetings stay close to the London working day. Arrivals land at Cape Town International (CPT).
Visiting from the USA
SAST (UTC+2) is 6 to 10 hours ahead of the US mainland, depending on the time zone and daylight saving. We confirm every pickup in local Cape Town time, so there are no time-zone mix-ups. Arrivals land at Cape Town International (CPT).
Visiting from Mauritius

Can you handle last-minute meeting changes?
Yes, we’re flexible around changing meeting schedules. Send the change on WhatsApp to your one point of contact and we rework the pickups and timings with you, as far as the day allows.
Can you do multi-day programmes?
Yes. We can look after a whole visit: the arrival transfer, daily transport to offices and meetings, a client or team day out, and the departure transfer, with one point of contact throughout. We also drive multi-day trips beyond Cape Town, such as the Winelands, Hermanus and the Garden Route. Flights and accommodation: we can assist on request, alongside your ground transport and activities.
How big a group can you take?
Groups of 4 to 8 travel together in one private vehicle. For groups of up to 20 we add a licensed partner vehicle and driver, with Andre on board as guide.
