Last day from Southampton: tour with your luggage, then the airport
Regatta’s voyage from Southampton ends in Cape Town, so most guests leave the ship here. Instead of waiting for an evening flight:
- Morning We meet you and your luggage at the cruise terminal once you are off the ship.
- Late morning Chapman’s Peak Drive and Cape Point, or the Winelands with tastings. Bags stay locked in the vehicle.
- Lunch Seafood on False Bay, or lunch among the vines.
- Afternoon The penguins at Boulders Beach on the Peninsula route.
- Evening Drop at Cape Town International in good time for your flight, or at your hotel.
Staying on board? A shore day for a 09:00–17:00 call
A shorter port day, so we keep the plan tight and close the day well before all-aboard.
- 09:30 Meet your driver-guide at the cruise terminal.
- 10:00 Camps Bay and Chapman’s Peak Drive.
- 11:15 Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope.
- 13:00 The penguins at Boulders Beach and a quick lunch in Simon’s Town.
- 14:15 Back over the mountain to the harbour.
- 15:15 Back at the terminal, comfortably before a typical all-aboard.
Want more breathing room? Table Mountain, the Bo-Kaap and Camps Bay make a relaxed, shorter outing that keeps you close to the ship.
